As Impact Partner at Terrama, she leads the company’s sustainability consultancy and competency-building platforms, guiding strategic direction, curriculum development, and industry partnerships to ensure that sustainability solutions are practical, impactful, and aligned with international standards. She is passionate about bridging the gap between theory and real-world application, equipping professionals and organisations with actionable expertise. In addition to her role at Terrama, she serves as Chief Sustainability Officer at SDAX – Singapore Digital Asset Exchange - where she developed and maintains the Green Taxonomy and ESG framework, sustainability reporting requirements and listing rules for assets listed on the exchange, supporting the integration of sustainability principles into private capital markets. She also plays a key role in advancing sustainability standards in Singapore, serving as a Technical Committee member for Environmental Management and Sustainable Finance with Singapore Standards Council, Enterprise Singapore.
